Organizations committed to fostering a Shingo culture find that Human Relations (HR) is critical to achieving operational and organizational excellence. However, while HR touches most people-related systems, it is often on the sidelines of continuous improvement. In this podcast, we will discuss specific ways to involve HR in continuous improvement initiatives for greater success. We will also introduce the newly developed Shingo HR Action Learning Community.
